Back to Reality

Winter break is officially over. I've spent the last two weeks spending the least amount of time possible doing what HAD to be done, and the most time possible doing what my kids and I WANTED to do.

We had a lot of fun staying up late, sleeping in later, spending days in our PJs, building with Legos, baking, eating, playing games, watching TV, battling through 100 levels of dungeon with Mario, hanging with family and friends, romping with the new puppy, ice skating down town, walking at the park, snipping paper snowflakes, making family movies...I could go on, but you get the point.

Did I do much writing? Nope. Do I mind? Not at all!

And now, back to work. I've got a list of PB ideas from November that are wanting some attention.

Happy 2011!

  5. Chris--I kept my little poetry journal next to my bed, so I wasn't that lazy. :-)

Angie--Thank you. Possibly not as great as you, though. ;-)

Kelly--That is so true. Sometimes a little time away is the only thing that will get things rolling again.

    Corey--It was totally fun!
