Tuesday was a wonderful day filled with lots of book love, a celebratory lunch out with my hubby and kids, and a small gathering of friends and family who helped celebrate the launch of WHAT ABOUT MOOSE?!

We had coloring pages for the kids; pre-press proofs and an F&G
to show off; and an old-fashioned drawing for a free book. When
the kids heard they could win a copy of the book, they were eager
to put their names in the hard hat! Adults too! My nephew Brandon
was the lucky winner. |

I did two readings of the book. Adults and kids all seemed to
enjoy the story. There were plenty of giggles. |

Most of the evening was spent visiting with friends and family,
talking about the book, the publishing process, and other projects
and books to come. It was a wonderful night! |
