Poetry Friday: Sugar Snow, an original poem

Sugar Snow

I spilled some sugar
on the floor
and as I watched it
drifting
down
I thought,
"This must be
what God sees
when it snows."

  1. Great image! There's another poem about snow falling being like a cereal bowl (and if I was at school I could come up with the title) that would be a perfect companion to your poem. Thanks for sharing this with us on Poetry Friday.

  3. Thank you. It's always interesting for me to see which moments inspire a poem.
